Discrimination inadmissibility

We create a work environment free of discrimination or harassment based on race, gender, nationality, skin color and social origin, religious beliefs or any other grounds in accordance with applicable laws. The basis for the selection of personnel, employment, appointment, training, remuneration and career development in the company are qualifications, labor productivity, skills and work experience.

Forced labor and human trafficking inadmissibility

Any work can only be voluntary. We do not use forced labor, prison labor, bonded and slave labor.

Child labor

We do not hire people under 16 years old. The company also prohibits the admission of persons under the age of 18 for positions related to hazardous working conditions.

Harassment inadmissibility

Regardless of personal characteristics or status, we do not tolerate disrespectful or inappropriate behavior, unfair treatment or revenge of any kind. Harassment is unacceptable in the workplace and in any work-related circumstances outside the workplace.
