Rani Plast training workshop for Uniflex staff

On March 16, one of the Uniflex partners, Rani Plast, held the enhanced training for Uniflex sales managers and technologists. 

The purpose of training is to collaboratively analyze customers` needs and optimal films solutions and their combinations. Deep understanding of processes in the whole value chain also influences customer satisfaction.

Rani Plast is the leading supplier of plastic film in Finland and is among the 20 largest companies in Europe.

Speakers presented general information about the company, delineated business profile and explained the pricing principle on a polyethylene film.

Next, the participants focused on films for packaging materials with printing.  First of all, each product presentation was based on films application to provide customer-oriented packaging solutions.

The workshop concluded with a discussion of polyethylene film manufacturing process at Rani Plast plants. Technologists dwelt on laboratory measurements of the most important film characteristics and their measuring methods.

The training format allowed to identify and discuss the key issues from the standpoint of both sales managers and technologists
