Technical upgrade: Uniflex installed a new ConSlitter BlueLine Kampf slitter

Uniflex has installed a ConSlitter BlueLine Kampf slitter. New machine will allow company to speed up order execution, improve the quality of slitting and increase production capacity of the site.

The ConSlitter BlueLine is the new flagship developed by Kampf company, leading manufacturer of slitting equipment.

The machine has the highest degree of flexibility with different working widths, different parent roll diameters and possibility of slitting both by scissors and blades depending on the type of used material.

Its main advantages:

― maximum machine speed – 800 m/min. This option will increase production capacity without loss of quality;

― maximum diameter of the finished roll – 800 mm, which will reduce process waste of products with reprint by up to 30%;

― automatic setting of knives, which is a mandatory requirement for some customers. It will also help to speed up setting-up and reduce the amount of process waste;

― high maintainability and long operating lifetime.

Today Uniflex has more than 50 units of plates making, printing, finishing and measuring equipment. The printing house produces flexible packaging, ready-made bags (doypacks, sachets, bags with side gusset), in-mould and self-adhesive labels, printing plates and also provides laboratory services, prepress services, packaging and label design development services.
