To preserve the flavour and taste of chocolate coating and extend product shelf life, we create a packaging solution that will withstand sunlight and ensure the oils in the chocolate don't go bad. The best composite materials for this task is laminate based on transparent and metallized PP film.

• oriented transparent/matte/pearl-white PP film (good protection against water condensate, high transparency)
• oriented metallized PP film (high barrier properties against water condensate and sunlight)

Products without chocolate coating

We recommend using the following composite materials:

• oriented transparent/matte PP film (good protection against water condensate, high transparency)
• oriented transparent or white/pearl-white PP film (sealing and structural layer, high barrier against water vapours)

The choice of composites is dictated by the properties of the product, its storing and packaging conditions, and the specs of the packaging equipment. Our R&D team works closely with composites and paint suppliers and constantly tests new composite combinations.

Mono PP - it consists of several layers of polypropylene. It can also be barrier and non-barrier.
